Who doesn’t love a good Road Trip?! Well, we do, and we also love the connection and inspiration from folks we’ve met along our journey! Our new 100% recycled Road Trip tee Youth version is also affectionately known as “The Adler”, as a nod to a strong, adventurous woman who has been consistently supportive and incredibly inspirational! We had the pleasure of meeting Jill Adler at our launch at the Sundance Film Festival in 2017, and were impressed by her kindness, courage, and ability to grab life by the horns, attributes she has passed on to her daughter, Sage. Jill is an actress, skier extraordinaire, author and adventurer living in the mountain paradise of Park City, Utah. She recently spent a lot of time creatively retrofitting her travel van, affectionately named Vinny, to create the perfect adventure vehicle, and her excitement and determination to live her best life outdoors was the impetus to create this tee! ABOUT THIS TEE:
This 100% recycled Youth tee is made from a combination of recycled plastic bottles and upcycled cotton scraps. Each tee utilizes 8 discarded plastic bottles, which are then washed, flaked, melted into pellets, extruded into yarn and finally sewn into a tee. These tees do not experience any noticeable shrinkage.
